Rated 2 out of 5 by from Losing money on discoloration & unpredictability I have been using all the different types ok Keratin Treatments over the years. I have used the Personalized Blowout the most due to the shortened time for hair washing. Clients struggle with the long wait time with the other products. I have had a LOT of Keratin Personalized Blowout issues, and its unacceptable considering the price these clients are paying for this service. Biggest problem is when using this product over oxidative color and Demi permanent colored hair (I use Redken SEQ) When flat ironing, the door literally is snuffed out of their hair!!!! You can see section by section how the color just is lifted out. Thus making it a brassy, gross color that I have to fix (even though I just did their color) I've lost a lot of money from this. It would make logical sense to color 1st & lock their color in with the Keratin treatment. Not to do Keratin Service and then color hair......... it would seem the Keratin treatment would be lessened from the chemicals in the color......right? Secondly, it seems that the product works great when the bottle is brand new, but not on subsequent applications.( I typically purchase a larger a 32 oz bottle) I even make sure to pour my product fast and quickly cap the bottle to not oxidizes the product. I make sure cap is on tight. I have had great results on sone people and return clients, but I''m getting discouraged from the "re-dos" and lost money. Hoping they fix the problem and help me out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Keratin Treatment! I'm blown away (so to speak) by the results of the natural curl finish & ultimate smooth/straight finish! Very comfortable during the service, no fumes, masks needed or burning eyes or throat. I can't wait to have it done on my own hair!
