I have been a hairdresser for 34 years have used many hot tool curling irons the last two years when I have purchased the hot tools grow errands. They rust immediately no use of product on curling irons no water nearby no reason for resting.

Not as advertised
This curling iron is not as advertised. It says “Classic Gold Spring” it came and was an extended barrel. I called for a refund and got no help. The customer service rep was insistent and argued that it was as advertised because it says longer tip. The tip is not the barrel. As a business owner myself, this is not how to treat a customer. I wound up taking it back to the store where they did see that it’s advertised incorrectly on the website and sent a note to corporate. I appreciated the way this was handled in store but it has turned me off of even shopping here anymore.

Hot Tools Curling Iron
The perfect curling iron! Always great curls that last with this durable iron. However, I suggest never putting it on the highest setting as it does the job 3/4 way to avoid damaging hair.
