Rated 1 out of 5 by from rust I have been a hairdresser for 34 years have used many hot tool curling irons the last two years when I have purchased the hot tools grow errands. They rust immediately no use of product on curling irons no water nearby no reason for resting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as advertised This curling iron is not as advertised. It says “Classic Gold Spring” it came and was an extended barrel. I called for a refund and got no help. The customer service rep was insistent and argued that it was as advertised because it says longer tip. The tip is not the barrel. As a business owner myself, this is not how to treat a customer. I wound up taking it back to the store where they did see that it’s advertised incorrectly on the website and sent a note to corporate. I appreciated the way this was handled in store but it has turned me off of even shopping here anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hot Tools Curling Iron [Employee of saloncentric] The perfect curling iron! Always great curls that last with this durable iron. However, I suggest never putting it on the highest setting as it does the job 3/4 way to avoid damaging hair.
