Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best! This is hands-down the best flat iron I have ever owned. I have thick medium/coarse hair that is down to the middle of my back. I used to own a chi iron and it took me about 30 mins to section and iron my whole head because I used to have to do multiple passes. Now with this iron, I can get through my whole head at 10-15 minutes tops. The thick plate lets me grab a more hair and the high heat is enough to penetrate with just using two passes to get my hair smooth.I highly recommend it!
