Rated 5 out of 5 by Teema from second purchase! I’ve owned one for years, my parents bought me a straightener and a blow dryer for school. 2025 marks 10 years of being licensed. I might not have had this exact straightener for that long but pretty close if I remember correctly. It works great, sometimes it has issues lowering in temp but easily fixed but shutting off and turning the heat up again. The paint on her sides is chipped, there’s less color where your thumb would be to hold it. But she’s been through it. Never failing me, but it was time to get a new one and use this when I travel mainly or hand her down to the next user.

Nothing impresses me about this whatsoever. it feels awkward in my hand, and I have big hands for a female. I have wavy hair and I had to go over the section multiple times and it still wasn't even that straight. I am very disappointed and hoping I can get my money back. personally I would never recommend this iron, and I love babyliss products!
