Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite cleanser! I have (typically) oily skin. Sometimes it is a little oily, sometimes it is a lot. This cleanser has been helping balance it all out though! It love how it cleanses well but not harshly. I also love (love!) the latter it builds up! I use it every day, twice per day.

I contacted the customer service and was promised to figure out the issue. I texted them back and forth within a week . I was said that they can’t replace the item and would refund me or credit. I was never refunded! It means the company tricked me out! Horrible customer service and logistics!
