Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad flat irons When I bought these irons, I used it on my client and it completely burned her hair out in one spot. I took them back and exchanged them for another pair had a client and they worked fine until I almost finished and burned the side of her hair out. I gave them a break for a few months, I went to plug them up today and it died on me. I do not recommend this product they are completely a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keeps Dying I’ve bought two of these flat irons, and both of them died within two months. I’m always very careful with my tool, especially in the way I clean and store them. Both irons kept turning off on me until finally they just never turned back on. The first one I was able to exchange, however, the second one I no longer have the receipt or box for.

I could not find an iron under $100 that was even slightly impressive. A friend told me to try this one & I absolutely love it! It’s fast, smooth AND the style stays longer than any iron I’ve used in YEARS. It’s up there with Chi when they FIRST came out. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

This flat iron smoothes the hair quickly and gently without having to go over the hair multiple times. I also enjoy creating beautiful bouncy, beach waves with it and it leaves no crease lines while curling. Very satisfied with the quality and price of this tool.

My daughter used it the day and she has medium thick hair, and she loved it said she wanted one like mine...So I bought her one for Christmas!!

They seem to burn out quickly, maybe not ment for a full day of clients? Also don't like how it automatically resets to 450 instead of 370 or lower! If not paying attention can burn someone's hair!

Then the second day I guess it overheated because it turned off and never came back on.. Will be returning to the store today.
