Rated 2 out of 5 by Carly09 from Ugh. I've had this straightener for less than a year and it already died on me. Up until now, I've loved it. But this morning, it wouldn't stay on. And it's not like it was plugged in for a long time and automatically timed out. It kept beeping at me and shutting down. I even unplugged it and let it sit for a while and then tried again. Same thing. It wouldn't stay on for more than a few seconds before shutting off and a long beep just continuously sounding from it. Sometimes when I would hit the power button, nothing at all would appear on the screen, it would just keep beeping at me. Super frustrated.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jaye from Most just quit working The flat iron itself is great but buyer beware, as with most bio ionic brand tools they quit working all of a sudden.u will just go to turn it on one day and the whole thing is dead. I do keep buying them because they’re inexpensive and great products but I have a whole shelf in my garage filled with dead bio ionic tools and their boxes. My clients also purchase a lot of these from me because they’re so inexpensive and they have the exact same issue that I have. I just wish bionic would fix these once and for all. I will say that one time after talking to customer service a couple years ago I had about six broken hot tools and I sent them all in and they sent me replacements for those but they have since changed their warranty policy. It’s obviously something in their wiring that gets shorted out or goes bad. I have had this happen with every one of my bionic tools not just the specific flat iron

Rated 1 out of 5 by Tameka from Bad flat irons When I bought these irons, I used it on my client and it completely burned her hair out in one spot. I took them back and exchanged them for another pair had a client and they worked fine until I almost finished and burned the side of her hair out. I gave them a break for a few months, I went to plug them up today and it died on me. I do not recommend this product they are completely a waste of money.
