Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not my favorite The product is ok. It's a little tacky in the hair and little harder to round brush the hair for volume. However it does give great body to the hair. Nice that you can spray right into the roots for a little extra lift. I just use sparingly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The packaging is terrible I hadn't even used it and the tip was clogged, I had to take the top off, move the tip around and then I got to finally use it. I also think the packaging is just too large for a product that we barely use often, a smaller bottle and lowering the price would be better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Volumizer I had the opportunity to try Redken's Root Lifter Volumizing Foam.  I have very fine hair so it's hard to find products that don't weigh my hair down or make it feel/look dirty or oily.  My hair is poker straight so I like to use a waver or curling iron to add volume and texture to my hair.  I tried the Root Lifter Volumizing Foam in my hair, I didn't spray directly onto my root instead I sprayed into my hand first then I applied it to my roots.  I did notice more volume in my hair and it didn't make my hair feel or look dirty.  I really did like this product for added volume and hold so I would recommend it.

I found just spraying it in my hands and applying that way worked better. It definitely gives good body and texture at the root area. You can use too much though so be careful. Packaging is ugly tho.
