Use as a complete system with Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo. After shampooing, apply to wet hair. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.

Never again will I go to another brand. My hair was breaking, frizzy, dull, and overall looked a mess. I noticed healing after ONE use! after using consistently for about two months now, I can confidently say my hair is the healthiest it has ever been while having bleaching/blonding treatments. (I am using the shampoo as well.)
