However, like other brands, it's nearly impossible to see the difference of shampoo and conditioner since the packaging is the same on both bottles. If you wear glasses and are in the shower, it's a problem. Most of my clients don't purchase because of this !! At least change the color of the cap for goodness sakes :/

I don’t like the scent, but I still use it anyways. It smells similar to men’s cologne and is very strong. This does work great with virgin hair. I use it on my level 9 hair and it’s just okay, definitely better options out there.

I love this shampoo because it has a great surfactant concentration which helps it suds up very well without needing to use a ton of it, it smells so clean and refreshing, and is beneficial for all hair types! I use this not only on clients but myself as well and I love that I can use this as my main shampoo and it does not leave a buildup on my hair or leave it feeling greasy!

I have always been recommended the Redken brand, however I ran away due to the price. Never again will I go to another brand. My hair was breaking, frizzy, dull, and overall looked a mess. I noticed healing after ONE use! after using consistently for about two months now, I can confidently say my hair is the healthiest it has ever been while having bleaching/blonding treatments. (I am using the conditioner as well.)
