You can't use this for a long time because your hair will become too dry. Once my hair has left that breakage stage I use this once a month.

The 1st thing I noticed and also the way my hair styled afterwards was great as well. The only thing that I was really happy about was that it has something in it that I'm allergic to because my scalp broke out with really bad dandruff and itchiness. I have a really bad gluten allergy so I'm guessing the protein that Redken uses in the formula must be a wheat protein like a lot of other brands. So I am definitely going to keep using this on my clients because it does make your hair extremely manageable.
