I have used it on all different kinds of hair and it does not weigh the hair down at all. It has a nice smell and I think it is great for damaged hair. I would alternate this line with something else that doesn't have protein because too much protein can cause problems with the hair.

I feel like it coats or adds a lot of moisture or some kind of protection to the hair which is good. Over all its a very good conditioner that is great quality. If buy it again
