The scent is very soft and the consistency of the conditioner is thick so it doesn't get watered down. I have seen a big difference between this conditioner and the competitive side. I will definitely use this as my basic go to conditioner.

Starting with the good first the smell of this product hands down was what had me coming back for more. But having a very long, very thick untamed mane I found the amount of product being used was in the excessive amount to properly coat my hair. Definitely did not provide the moisture or smoothing properties I require but no where on the bottle does this company make the magic claim of it, just my side note to what I require. Other hair types would find much more inside this bottle then I have.

I used it on a client who had some grown out highlights that were really dry and brittle and she thought I'd used a deep conditioning mask or toner to refresh her hair. I can't believe it still smells & feels the same as it did back then. I switch out my conditioners all the time because I feel like my hair gets used to them and they don't work as well anymore, I don't know if the science backs me up on that haha but I still believe it. I'm happy to have this conditioner back in my rotation and I'll definitely use up the bottle. I do believe this is a quality conditioner for distressed hair. It leaves my thick coarse hair feeling repaired. Just remember that protein is great, but your hair needs to moisture as well to stay balanced. Happy conditioning.
