Cleanse and condition with your preferred Mizani regimen. In sections, spray evenly on wet hair starting at the ends, working toward the scalp. Blow-dry and flat iron, diffuse or place under hood dryer as usual.

I still have plenty of volume. I would definitely buy this to keep using it. Also helps with fly aways on fine hair.

I tend to dry my hair and flat iron it often so I am a firm believer in using a good heat protectant. What impresses me about this product is that not only is it helping to protect my hair from heat but it provides a nice shine and helps to eliminate frizz without weighing my hair down! I like to cocktail my products so I find that this works really well with a leave in conditioner or a blow dry cream.

My hair (esp with the weather right now) usually will frizz out pretty quickly after using my flat iron: but this spray kept it shiny; soft; and frizz free all day! This gave amazing curls with zero frizz my hair was actually silky. And zero heat smell residue only the product smell itself which is actually pretty amazing. Even has rose water in it.

I find it important that heat protectant are first and foremost good at blocking heat and subsequent damage while also being lightweight and not weigh the hair down. This does just that!
