Apply a dime-sized amount to wet hair at the scalp. Using your fingers, lather and work the shampoo down to the ends. Rinse. For extra cleansing, repeat.

The Worst
Product has changed. Shampoo feels like serious clarifying shampoo leaving hair dry and unable to even rinse. Conditioner does not fix the dryness. Go back to original formula

bring back the original!
The old formula was fantastic. This new one is terrible. The shampoo leaves me hair feeling like brittle hay/straw. And the conditioner feels like lotion just slipping on my hair. My hair def gets volume but feels absolutely terrible after using.

Good volume conditioner, slight perfume scent
I liked this conditioner. It went on easily and left my hair feeling nice and silky. I don't really love the scent it has but it's not as strong as the scent of the matching shampoo which was nice.
