What It Is

A lightening powder that has a bonder built in, helping you protect bonds to keep fibers strong with none of the extra steps!

What It Does

Flash Lift Bonder Inside lightener provides up to 8 levels of lift, protects bonds, and can be used with Shades EQ Gloss to customize clients' blondes.

What Else You Need to Know

• Flash Lift Bonder Inside lightener will give you the same lifting performance as Flash Lift, with he added benefit of having a bonding additive built in.

• New customized packaging designed with a built in measuring cup.

• Up to 8 levels of lift

• Protects bonds for increased strength

• No need to bump up developer

Flash Lift Bonder Inside mixes in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.

 

Recommended Mixing Ratio

OFF SCALP APPLICATIONS:

- Using 10-40 volume (maximum)

- Ratio from 1:1 to 1:2 depending on desired consistency.

- 1:1 30g of powder* + 30ml (1oz) developer

- 1:1.5 30g of powder* + 45ml (1.5oz) developer

- 1:2 30g of powder* + 60ml (2oz) developer

- (When using 1:2 for off-scalp application, use only up to 30 volume maximum)

- On Scalp 1:2 30g of powder + 60ml (2oz) developer

- Development Time:

- Up to 50 minutes determined according to the desired results or until the hair reaches pale yellow.

- Do not use heat.


ON-SCALP APPLICATIONS:
- 10-30 Volume (maximum)

- RECOMMENDED MIXING RATIO: 1:2 30 g. of powder* + 60 ml (2 oz.) developer

 

APPLICATION AND RINSING:

• Wear suitable disposable gloves

• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc.)

• Rinse and shampoo the hair well after development time

• Do not let the product run onto the scalp for off-scalp applications

PRO TIP: For the ultimate creamy consistency and lift, we recommend 1 scoop + 1 ounce of developer. 15g = 1 scoop, 30g = 2 scoops.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good stuff I like this lightener a lot. I tend to grab it whenever it's on sale. It isn't my favorite for gentle but effective lightening but it does the job. I don't notice a big difference between this one and the original flash lift but it does seem a bit better. Redken is usually a solid choice but there are newer lines out there really making a name for themselves and redken needs to keep stepping it up to stay in the game.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth a try I normally use a different binder in my lightener but wanted to try this out. I used this on my semi compromised level 8 blonde hair to get out some banding and I was surprised at the quality of my hair afterwards. I didn't experience any extra breakage than what I already have, the elasticity was still good, overall it was good! I also used it on a virgin level 6 and the amount of lift I got from it was very disappointing. Using 20vol for 45 minutes I barely got through a level 8. Usually I can get to a 9-10 on this head of hair with 20 volume. Overall, I definitely would recommend this for heavy lightening but I will definitely stick to my regular lightener on my virgin hair clients

I lift low and slow with 10vol to be safe but the few times I've used 20, the feel of the hair was still good. I love the consistency more than Aveda Enlightener and the way it works about as good as Enlightener. Definitely my go-to tho I would love a colorless lightener as this mixes blue.

It's so nice being able to use only ONE a product to protect the hair instead of having to add additional products. This product is both time and cost effective. The best part about this lightner is that the bonder within the product does not hinder the level of lightness that can be achieved or add any extra developing time. The hair is left beautiful, shiny, and excellent condition

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Blonde Idol Flash Lift Bonder Inside Lightener After 10 years at a salon that was Redken exclusive I moved to a private suite and switched to several new brands. I still use redken color gels, shades eq and several back bar products. I switched to different lighteners because my past experiences were with blonde dimensions and the first version of flash lift, neither of which I loved. After trying the newer version of flash lift with bonder, I found that I don't feel like I like it enough to switch (I currently use schwartzkof blondme lightner with bonder). I don't like it in foils because I felt like it processes too fast and bleeds but I do like it on scalp.
