Rated 1 out of 5 by from BROKEN-NEVER REPLACED It was broken. I immediately reached out to Salon Centric and was told that someone would reach out to me and I would receive a replacement. A few WEEKS went by and no one reached out, no replacement was received. I called again and was told the same thing. A few days later I received an email that it was out of stock. Very disappointed with Salon Centrics customer service.
