This shampoo is easy to use and you don't need much; a quarter size for long hair should do. It lathers up nicely, cleans the hair well, but still leaves it smooth and smelling great. I feel it's great for most hair types and conditions.

It rinsed well and my hair felt smooth after but I can't say I was wowed. It's a good system when used all together but I found it to be nothing over the top as far as results go

It adds so much shine, leaves it soft, and the smell is really nice and subtle so it doesn't interfere with your daily perfume. I def recommend using it with the conditioner and leave in oil.
