I'll use less or more. Makes the hair so easy to blow dry and very smooth and shiny without being greasy. I use it on my fine-haired clients as well. Just make sure to stay away from the root and apply the spray when the hair is wet. I go through this in my back bar like water. Highly recommend.

And its a great heat protectant and makes hair stronger. This is a must have product! U get the most bang for your buck by buying the large bottle and refill the smaller retail size bottle as well. I never spray it near the scalp, spray and let it all fall onto the hair;)
