20-vol. INOA Rich Developer pairs with INOA for:

• Lifts up to 2 level

What Else You Need to Know

• INOA mixes in a 1:1 ratio with 10-Vol. INOA Rich Developer. INOA Rich Developer is formulated to be paired with INOA for best results.

• 1 Liter/33.8oz. = 16 applications

• Mix ratio 1:1 (1 tube: 2.6 oz. developer)

• Apply with a bowl and brush or plastic bottle

• Development time up to 35 minutes

The formula felt smooth, and was especially helpful on coarse, and damaged hair. Being oil based, you do need to be aware of your mixing ratio, so as to not overdo it and end up with a super messy, thin formula.

It glides on the hair nice and smooth and has a good consistency. The coverage the color and developer have for grey coverage is so nice as well. I’ll keep using Inoa for my clients from now on!

It left hair feeling soft, with a nice shine. The scent is very minimal so it's good for those with sensitive scalps and noses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Texture is amazing I loved the texture of the thick, creamy developer, until it was mixed with the color and then within minutes it became so much thinner and almost goopy; and I do use a scale. However straight outta the bottle, it so pleasant as there wasn't a smell at all and the gray coverage was unbelievable! I chose to put some highlights throughout the hair on top of the 6N color and I found as it lifted that the base was more red/orange-ish than anticipated leaving brassier highlights and needing another bleach application. I did receive this product as a free sample to try for an honest review.

It being oil based allowed for a very smooth application. The 20 volume helped lift just enough to cover the gray hairs. It also has no fragrance which is great for anyone who is sensitive to those smells. It left the hair very smooth in the end after processing.
