What It Is

The Matrix Client Cape is waterproof and stain resistant vinyl and ideal for all salon services.

Purchases made in SalonCentric stores may be returned to any SalonCentric store. Purchases made through SalonCentric Customer Service, SalonCentric Business Partners, and SalonCentric.com orders Sold and Shipped by SalonCentric may be returned to a SalonCentric store; however, the return must not exceed $450 and must include the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. For returns in-store of online orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method once the return has been processed. For SalonCentric.com Online Exclusive orders sold and shipped by third-party sellers, please see more details linked below for return steps.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOPE! These capes APPEAR to be beautiful, good quality, and heavy duty... but they are NOT. I am surprised by all of the good reviews. My clients have gotten wet and stained multiple times. I have tried using a towel underneath and that only helps sometimes. Since I am a glass-half-full type if person...on the plus side, I like the snap secures. I do not like how velcro tends to snag my clients hair. I would not suggest spending the high price on these capes unless you plan on using them strictly for haircuts.
