I actually had a client come in and I couldn't believe how good her hair looked/felt because she had so much bleach damage. I asked what she had been using and it was the k18 shampoo and comditioner! Went and bought some asap!

No just No!
I am appalled that there are positive reviews here. I love love LOVE the k18 repair hair mask treatment, I've been using on my 3b/3c curls with highlights for years & its holy grail. The owner of the salon I work at heard about it at a hair convention before it was offered at the salon centric in our area or anywhere else and she brought me a sample. Ive been hooked ever since. It follows, when they released the shampoo/conditioner I *needed* to try them. Both the conditioner and shampoo are, IMO, complete garbage. After using, my bleached ringlets were looking like they needed washed/reset/restyled before the very next day. The next time I got in the shower before I put any shampoo in my hair I wet it and suds were coming out of my hair. Kinda felt like I was going crazy, so even though I used half a dime size of shampoo the first time, I used a pea size this time. I could not for the life of me get this laundry detergent-esque shampoo out of my hair. Again needed to wash & restyle sooner. I gave it one more try, the next I was washing my hair I ran a bath and used my detachable shower head so I could see the bubbles go into the bath water. It took over twelve rinses to get half a pea size of this god forsaken shampoo out of my hair. It might even be worth it if it seemed to make my hair softer/healthier/stronger? Nope. Felt like I was using laundry detergent and drugstore hand lotion. I'll stick with using *any other shampoo/conditioner* and still use k18 hair mask & hair oil.
