Gentle and effective way to remove Pulp Riot semi-permanent colors without compromise.

What Else You Need to Know

• Apply only to areas you want to remove old semi-permanent color

• Process up to 30 minutes at room temperature

• Quinoa, assists in the strength of luster of the hair fibers

• Mixing Ratio: 1 part Blank Canvas to 3 parts Pulp Riot Developer.
• Process up to 30 minutes at room temperature.
• Pulp Riot 6 and 10 volumes are best.
• Can be used on wet or dry hair.
• Strand test is always recommended.
• Will lighten natural hair.
• Hair can be recolored immediately after using Blank Canvas.
• Be sure to rinse thoroughly and shampoo prior to recoloring.

She had put manic panic pink over lightened hair and I used 20 volume promoter with it and it pulled it right out . The next time I will use a lower volume promoter because it did lighten her hair as well . Very happy with the outcome .

I thought this plus 6 volume developer would somehow only remove semipermanent color. I was wrong. It left me with "bleached" hair as far as I'm concerned. I'm not mad about it because it is still so healthy. But I was using semipermanent color in an effort to gracefully grow out my grey hair

Rated 3 out of 5 by from lightens hair I have used the Matrix SoColor Color Eraser and know it pulls color immediately and effectively. I bought this product assuming it would do the same and i’m not sure if it’s because the direct dye I had was not of the same brand but it didn’t work as good as I imagined and it also lifted my natural roots (on accident it got on my roots lol) which I was surprised about that. I didn’t have the greatest luck with it.

It did remove the pink and the purple, but unfortunately it just made the blue green. I had to look for another product to get the blue out. It did however not damage her hair and it was very soft after.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Blank Canvas- Always Heed Directions/Warnings Yes this product works very well, it removed the rest of my pulp riot semi haircolor although I would not recommend this for anyone who doesn't have all over semi color though as it does lift. I had all light blonde underneath but a brown base/roots and it lifted my brown roots to a strawberry blonde color. Like I said it works but you are only supposed to apply it to where you have the semi color. If you have a semi on and you have blonde hair underneath the color and just want go back to solid blonde then it will definitely work nicely for you. If I had darker hair under the semi I would NOT use this again and I would just wait for it to fade and use clarifying shampoo because it really does lift more than just the semi color.

Yes, it cam put natural color, so be cautious if a professional applying on yourself! I took my time with avoiding my new growth, but my hair felt totallg okay! A little dry, but no more dry than after a Malibu CPR!! Super impressed with the results!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Gentle Color Remover I love Pulp Riot paints for their longevity (some of the best in the industry), but this color remover allows me to safely change up colors for clients and myself. It’s very effective and quick acting, it can erase pinks and reds in just a couple of minutes, although I’ve seen that some blue based colors can take more time (be sure to manipulate and massage those strands more to ensure better lift). My only wish is that this product came in a better package size or container. The “packettes” are lined paper packets, much like sample bleach packets.

Left behind a "blank canvas" without compromising the integrity of her hair. Pulp riot rocks. Did not have an off putting sulfur smell, and blended to a smooth consistency with ease. The price is not bad at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Really Well! It definitely does what it says! But it doesn’t work on too many layers of direct dye. It will take out about 2. So if you’ve been doing the same color for a couple months and want to change it up, it will not take it all out to what you started off with.

I decided to use 10 volume since they were still quite vibrant and there is no trace of either color remaining. This product right here is every colorists dream come true, especially for those clients who love to have their hair colored im bright, fun, funky pigments, and love to switch it up from Midnight Blue to Lilac on a regular basis! This product literally lifts the old, faded pulp riot pigments out of the hair, giving you a brand new blank canvas, as the name suggests, to create a new masterpiece! The best part is that its not damaging what so ever to the hair! I highly recommend this product in place of bleach when using Pulp Riots pure pigments on pre lightened hair when your client is ready to switch up their color from one end of the color spectrum, the complete opposite end!
