This has never happened to me in all my time! I am very unhappy and have lost money because of this perm! Do not use if you want the perm to last longer than 1 week.

It works with small rods, big rods and everything in between. It gives a good defined curl. Most of my perms process around 20 min. I do have a couple clients that are fine and colored that I process for 7 min and their curl last. I also use the extra body one. Gives a little softer curl. Such a great perm. Of course, like all perms, follow the directions and rinse them really well. Both steps. Sometimes we get in such a hurry, but this is an important step.

I’m disappointed in the amount of perm solution in the bottles. Anymore it’s questionable on some clients if one perm will be enough to cover the rods adequately.
