ACTIVATION:

1. Fill applicator bottle with 4 oz. of water (tepid, room temperature), then slowly add CPR Color Pigment Remover crystals.

2. Shake to mix until crystals dissolve and solution turns into a gel.

 

APPLICATION:

1. Shampoo (Un-Do-Goo > pH 9 Shampoo by Malibu C® Professional recommended) and rinse, then towel dry and apply freshly-activated CPR Color Pigment Remover from root to tip, ensuring even distribution and complete saturation.

2. Process under heat for 15-45 minutes then shampoo thoroughly 3 times (Un-Do-Goo > pH 9 Shampoo by Malibu C Professional recommended) and rinse.

3. Process can be repeated, if desired.

 

USAGE NOTES: Due to low pH, tingling might occur in areas where product is exposed to sensitive skin. Gloves may be used for application. Results may vary depending on client’s hair color and porosity, as well as the length of time the color has been on the hair and the color brand used.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this and will always keep in stock It did work very well! My favorite thing about this is it doesn't shift your virgin root. Only gave it 4 star because it can be time consuming. Somtimes with alot of build up you have to go through process more then once. It doesn't damage hair at all! Used it on a client who ended up with black ends from dying hair with box dye to much. She had rainbow hair. I only had time for one pass of the cpr and it helped alot with removing the black built up ends and making my color correction so much easier without damaging her beautiful curls.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent but overhyped I used it to remove Redken shades eq liquid level 6/7 out of platinum hair and it barely budged. Slightly lighter but still no lighter than a level 7 and very warm. I used it for the full processing time of 45 minutes twice. I was really surprised being that I’ve seen brown colors removed from previously medium blonde hair with far better results. It’s very drying the way using the vitamin c method is. Which is jo surprise considering it’s almost the same thing ingredient wise. Just be prepared to HYDRATE and detangle. I would’ve been better off using a high lift to brighten and then adding a partial highlight. I would try it again on a brown and black color in the future to help it budge though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Color Corrections! This is definitely a “MUST HAVE” in my kit, especially for color corrections. I love using this prior to corrections because it allows me to get an even lift. I used this on my client who used to color her hair for years with box dye (level 5). I was able to lift her highlights to an even level 8-9 & tone with a 8A/ silver to help her grow out her gray naturally. Thanks CPR!
