Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Redkens Best I’m a Redken girl through and through, but these capes aren’t my favorite. They easily could be, though! For starters, they’re not even remotely waterproof which is completely useless in this industry. Secondly, the stitching is so cheap and junky, they tear or split after a handful of uses. Lastly, I do like the texture of the capes, but there needs to be a waterproof liner or something in it to help. The price isn’t remotely justifiable for the poor quality. If these were half the price, I’d be more accepting of its quality. Especially since I have to sew all of my capes properly (the way they should’ve been sewed) once they tear between their third to fifth use.
