The 10X Comb attachment smoothly glides through curls, to help dry hair quickly while stretching and detangling. Simply attach it to the dryer and blow style to help lengthen and smooth more textured hair types.
1. After washing your hair, towel dry—gently squeezing excess water from the hair and blotting or squeezing to absorb moisture.
2. Make sure your hands are completely dry before connecting the appliance to the electrical power outlet.
3. Hold your 10X Dryer by the handle; do not hold it by casing or barrel as those can be hot. Never block the inlet vents.
4. Use appropriate accessories for fast and better results: Concentrator Nozzle or Comb Attachment, pending desired hairstyle.
5. Connect to the electrical outlet and switch the Dryer ON by sliding the power switch to the ON position.
SPEED SETTING – The hair dryer is equipped with 3 air settings. Press the speed button to increase or decrease the fan speed on the hair dryer. The speed setting is indicated by a light indicator.
TEMPERATURE SETTING - The hair dryer is equipped with 3 heat settings. Press the heat button to increase or decrease the temperature setting on the hair dryer. The heat setting is indicated by a red indicator light.
COOL AIR/ COOL SHOT BUTTON – The cool shot button may be used while drying to lock in the desired style. To activate this function, press the cool shot button once. The blue indicator light will indicate the cool mode is activated and locked. To stop cool mode, press the cool shot button again. The blue indicator light will then deactivate.
POWER LOCK – After setting the desired airflow speed and temperature, use the LOCK feature to prevent accidental change of setting during use. To lock the setting, slide the Power On/Lock switch to the LOCK position. While the Speed and Heat Settings are locked, the cool shot button/ function can still be used. To unlock the setting, slide the power switch to the ON position and adjust speed and heat to the new desired setting.
MEMORY FUNCTION – Your 10X Dryer comes with a memory function for your ease of use. Even after the dryer is turned off, the dryer remembers the last speed and heat setting. So, the next time you start the dryer, it will automatically go to your last saved setting. Slide the Power switch to the OFF position to power down your dryer. Unplug the cord and allow the dryer to cool down before storing it away. Do not wrap the power cord around the 10X Dryer as this can strain the cord and cause power cord failure.

I got this blow dryer, the button for the heat doesn’t work, it only goes to the lowest temperature because is stuck i only have used it like 4 times since i bought it. Don’t waste your money. Do not get this blow dryer

Not worth the price
I’ve had the dryer for about a year now. The first few weeks were great, then it started acting weird. It fluctuates temperature, it takes 30secs to cut on after clicking the switch, it has gotten 10x louder and it’s cut on by itself. Over all it does dry the hair pretty fast and works great, I just feel like for the price it shouldn’t do those things

Wouldnt Buy it Again
The dryer itself is really light and super powerful but there is no temperature control on it. So the dryer gets REALLY hot and sometimes it smells like its burning.

It just randomly stopped blowing hot air. I keep the filter clean, but apparently that’s not enough. Seems like bio ionic isn’t as good as they used to be.

I have always been a huge Bio Ionic customer but recently have had two of these 10X in seven months die out on me blowing cold air only during the middle of blowouts. Nobody has time for that. What happened to reliable Bio Ionic quality? Don’t recommend anymore.

don’t waste your money
I’ve had this dryer for 6 months and it died today. I don’t even care because I hated it. It is loud and has no power and takes forever to get a guest’s hair dry. It’s big and bulky- it doesn’t come with a diffuser and the concentrator is so wide that it won’t fit in my tool slot. I gave 2 stars because it’s light.

speed dryer not hot
I LOVE this blow dryer, it’s lightweight and gets super hot making for smooth blowouts. HOWEVER, I’ve had two now stop getting hot after not having it for very long. After having my second one for maybe 6 months it completely stopped getting hot in the middle of a blowout. It’s sad because it works great but it’s proving to have a short lifespan.
