Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’m happy it gave my volumen back 😍😍🤩 So I have tried this product and I never thought the results will be like this my hair looks completely different as you can see in the first picture my hair has become so thin because of my postpartum loss hair and my hair use to be thick with volumen I have been so not confident with my hair anymore due to it changing so much after having my baby my hair has become so dull without life thin and also my wavy curly hair has been gone for a few already when I first tried this spray I was amazed 🤩and happy wow 😯 my hair became that curly wavy and volumen I had before not the same exact but it looked waaaaay better I was sooo happy and excited with the results I went out with friends to eat and had a lot of compliments on how my hair looked and finally had it looking pretty and not with a mom bun because I hated how my hair looked like dead lol but this spray has saved my self esteem thank you influenster and sexy hair BSH get layered for sending me these amazing products to try for free I loved them all and used them alot to give my honest review on my results the second and third picture is how the product looked and changed my hair completely 🥰

This product smells a lot less disgusting than the other two I received complimentary from Influenster, (what a way to start a review!) this one is actually decent and I find it fades (granted, the initial smells from the other two products were so headache-inducing I had to almost immediately wash those off, so maybe *hopefully* those scents fade as well) in a few hours so whatever. I guess something in the Sexyhair fragrance formulation gives me a headache, but not nearly as bad in this hairspray as the smoothing and heat protectant sprays. This is fine, this is whatever. I have other thickening sprays that smell better than this and work just as well; I’ve also tried some thickening hairsprays that do not work quite as well as this one (they can get a bit clumpy/powdery/sticky, which this one does not seem to) but they also smell better than this one. Honestly, I’m going to reach for the better smelling spray almost every single time, unless it’s for something like a photoshoot where no one is going to be smelling me. But I don’t think the thickening or the hold in this product (it’s buildable hold, btw, and it is indeed quite buildable/flexible… maybe on the limper side of buildable) are something I would ever need for a photoshoot, though. Ultimately, I really just cannot imagine a time I would ever enthusiastically reach for this product, and that seems to be the trend for all the Sexyhair products I’ve tried. They work fine, but they’re not reinventing the wheel. The scents really put a damper on their efficacy, and I know packaging doesn’t matter, but the packaging isn’t even exciting or particularly pleasing to look at. This is not a “keeping this on the vanity for show because it’s cute and makes me feel good to look at” item, this is a “under the sink” or “back of my hair product cabinet” product. And the can is too tall to even fit in my hair product cabinet. I think this brand is suffering from an identity crisis: You call yourselves Sexyhair, and you have the worst fragrances and the most mid-level, boring packaging. Where is the pizazz? Where is the razzle-dazzle? And most importantly, where is the so-called sexy hair that you’ve promised me? These products are the opposite of sex, they are quite literally “honey, I have a headache” in a can.

I received this product free to test and give a review, to be honest i am not a big hair spray fan! i like to go days in between washes and have bleach blonde hair and i always feel like hairsprays dry out and damage my already poitou a hair: this hair spray is nice because it sprays out in such a fine mist, that you can layer if needed, but i really enjoyed it to just tame my frizz and flyaways, i have a tone of new growth because i recently had babies back to back and my hair was falling out like crazy! this spray has helped me so much and gotten rid of the baby hairs that frizz up. only con is that the bottle is very tall and doesn’t fit in my cabinet and the mist is so fine that it lingers in the air for way too long!
