What A Tease is an instant teasing spray, a.k.a "Backcomb in a Bottle", that gives ultra hip height to hair with little time or effort.

What It Does

What A Tease has a special combination of resins gives hair instant volume that’s easy to shape, style and is good on any hair type. Gives you teased hair without the back combing damage.

DO NOT SHAKE. Lift and spray What A Tease into dry hair at the root for more volume and hold whenever a teased look is desired.

A little goes a long way. I’m not sure if this is supposed to replace backcombing or to be used with.. I don’t don’t that to my hair because it’s too damaged

I sprayed this at my root and I definitely got the volume equivalent to teasing but with an all day hold. It was a little rough brushing out due to the grit it left behind. This product would be amazing for up dos or for someone in need of an all day hold hair style that’s not budging!

But this product is sooo much more than just a hairspray! This spray did wonders at keeping my hair in place and full of volume the entire day! As a professional hairdresser I did a 10 hour day today and my hair still looks freshly styled! This has a strong hold and encourages volume when used as directed. I also put some on my hair while in a ponytail and just sprayed my neck hairs- no sweaty gross baby hairs today! Love this and it's a new addition to my hair products line up!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Definitely holds volume! You can tease w just about any comb and hairspray and I use a specific comb and a quick drying hairspray if I’m styling & teasing. I received the BSH what a tease hairspray from Influenster for free to give an honest review and while this works REALLY WELL I’m still on the fence if this is THE product to use. I’ll admit I had a huge smile on my face after styling my client bc this is easier to use than a normal hairspray for sure but I don’t see myself using this as often. I still highly recommend if you do lots of updos and bridal hair bc you will get a bang for your buck!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from need volume that lasts? this is it, the holy grail of teasing powder. need some volume in your updos, have thin hair that would like to look full again? sprinkle this into your root, i like to kinda shake with my fingers, back comb a little, smooth and poof, insane volume that won’t budge, like seriously you could run a mile and your hair would still be touching the sky. it’s great, highly recommend by a stylist to keep in your collection!

If you are a wedding stylist or do a lot of styling/Weekly shampoo sets then this is the product of your dreams. It's a thicker consistency and makes updos easier to do when you know your tease isn't going anywhere. Highly recommend!

I didn't realize the noticable difference, untill i ran out one day, i figured my clients, wouldn't noticed if i used a regular hairspray in its place, boy was I wrong. Its a must with all my upstyles, now.

When sprayed directly on the roots on the crown area, I like to take long, thin sections and lightly tease on top of the sprayed areas. All-day, all-nighter. Perfect for long, thick heavy hair that needs some lift. I absolutely LOVE. No other brand has come out with anything remotely comparable.
