I have naturally coily hair so this is help the waves pretty good, but the next day it hurt when brushing the next morning because the mousse glued some of my fine strands together. I feel that it wasn't moisturizing enough for my hair, but looked better curly/wavy than usual.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unfortunately disappointed I expected this to be more moisturizing and less hold. It left my hair kind of crunchy. Even after breaking my curl cast, my hair just felt kind of tangled and my curls were left in a weird shape. I generally love Surface but I’m not a fan of this product. Im going to try adding an oil to it so I can at least use up the bottle.

I tried this and bought a diffuser and my hair is way curlier than I ever could have imagined. My hair feels light and full and I’m very pleased! I was trying to wear it naturally in the first pic, before this product. Second pic is with the mousse and diffuser! I did have a little trim between the photos, but my curl pattern looked the same until I tried this product.
