Shampoo: Wet your hair, apply Balancing Shampoo to the scalp, and massage thoroughly for approximately 30 seconds and then rinse shampoo thoroughly.
Hair Supplement: For the first two weeks, take one capsule per day, then increase to two capsules daily.
Please avoid drinking coffee, tea, or other caffeinated beverages one hour before and two hours after taking the Hair Supplement.
