A time efficient toning range to use stand alone or complementary to the muk hybrid toning methods
muk Express Toners are ideal to use after all pre-lightening services. Offers colourists a simple, ammonia-free quick toning option to add the salon toning menu. Ideal for use after all lightening services.
1. Shampoo the hair with Vivid muk Colour Lock Shampoo. Towel dry the hair well and lightly spritz with Deep muk Ultra Soft Leave-In Conditioner. Detangle the hair to ensure saturation of the toner.
2. Mix muk Express Toner in a 1:1 mixing ratio (1 part Express Toner + 1 part Hybrid Lotion).
* The toner can also be mixed at a 1:2 ratio to adjust the shade, which will further pastelize, but may reduce longevity.
3. Apply the mixture (gloves recommended) with a tint brush to the hair at the basin, starting at the nape and working forward. Massage the toner well into the hair, ensuring full saturation on porous ends.
4. The standard processing time is up to 5 minutes.
* If more deposit or a deeper tone is required, the toner can be left on for up to 10 minutes.
* If a more pastel tone is required, reduce the processing time.
5. Rinse well and apply Vivid muk Colour Lock Conditioner from roots to ends.Finish with muk TREAT plus. Dry and style as desired.Spray Hot muk Thermal Protector into towel-dried hair beforehand.
