For Dry and Thick Hair
Pre-Wash:
1. Divide dry hair into sections.
2. Use the applicator tip to apply Pre-Wash evenly to roots and scalp, one section at a time.
3. Massage into scalp with our signature Massaging Scalp Brush or your fingers and leave on for 3-4 minutes.
4. Wash hair with New Wash.
Use Pre-Wash with every wash or as needed to help remove excess oil, dirt and buildup from hair treatments or styling products. You can also use Pre-Wash between wash days for a refreshing cleansing experience—it won’t leave any greasy residue.
New Wash:
STEP 1: APPLY
Wet hair and dispense a generous amount of New Wash, about the combined amount of shampoo and conditioner you typically use. Layer it on from scalp to ends.
STEP 2: SPLASH
Add a splash of water to get a smooth, milky consistency.
STEP 3: MASSAGE
Work New Wash into hair and scalp, using our Massaging Scalp Brush to coat every inch—scrub, massage, repeat.
STEP 4: RINSE
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly, using the scalp brush to ensure all product is washed out.
