Set-up (for staff):
• Place the POS base on a clean, dry counter in a high-visibility area (reception or checkout).
• Insert the tri header card and position the products neatly in the display.
• Keep flyers accessible for customers to take; keep samples behind the counter for assisted selling.
Customer routine (recommended use):
• Cleanse the face and pat dry.
• Apply 2–4 drops of Organic Green Tea Facial Oil or a small amount of Activated Jade & Tourmaline Crystal Face Serum to provide slip.
• Use the rose quartz roller with light pressure, rolling from the centre of the face outwards (cheeks, jawline, forehead). Roll down the neck to finish.
• Use the rose quartz gua sha with light pressure, gliding from the centre of the face outwards across the cheeks and forehead, then along the jawline and down the neck. Reapply oil/serum as needed for comfortable glide.
• Use daily or several times per week as part of a skincare ritual.
Care (tools):
• Wipe clean after use with a soft cloth or use the natural beauty tool cleaner
• Avoid harsh chemicals and do not soak for extended periods.
• Store tools safely between uses to prevent chips or drops.
