Start with clean, dry hair and apply a heat protectant. Heat the curling wand/iron to your desired temperature, then section your hair. Wrap or clamp 1–2 inch sections around the barrel, hold for a few seconds, and release. Let curls cool, then style as desired and finish with hairspray for lasting hold.

I switched over to these before the competitor had recalled theirs for the barrel snapping off, or the tip (anyone who’s been doing this a while know which brand I’m talking about)… Either way this long barrel is far superior!!! Plus it stands out! Such a pretty tool! My only wish is that the black handle blue rod color combination was permanent. I do prefer it over the silver and blue! Overall could not be happier!
