Rated 2 out of 5 by A long time hairdresser from Not worth the price The dryer is loud and heavy for the size. The positioning of the controls make it difficult to change heat and air speeds easily. Although the air flow is great, the concentrator nozzle doesn't keep it in a close pattern. Returns are not consumer friendly as they withhold a minimum of 20% plus the shipping and return shipping.
