Lather the bar:
Option 1: Rub the bar directly onto your wet scalp in small circular motions until you get a lather.
Option 2: Rub the bar between your hands to create a lather, then apply the suds to your scalp.
Massage it in — Focus on your scalp (where the oils build up). The lather will naturally cleanse the rest of your hair as you rinse.

Rub the conditioner bar between your hands under warm water for a few seconds. This softens the bar and activates the ingredients.
Apply to your hair
There are two ways to apply:
Direct to hair: Glide the bar down the lengths and ends of your hair (avoid the roots if you’re prone to oiliness).
Hand application: Rub the bar in your hands to create a creamy layer, then apply that to your hair.

Conditioner bars are super concentrated, so focus on where your hair needs moisture most — usually mid-length to ends.
Let it sit (optional)
Let it soak in for 1-3 minutes for extra hydration, especially if you have dry or damaged hair.
Rinse thoroughly
Rinse with warm water until your hair feels clean but still soft — it won’t feel as slick as liquid conditioner but should feel detangled.
