5-volume strength developer (1.5% H202) formulated specifically for OYA LIQUID RAPID TONERS that allows for both bottle and bowl application. Liquid consistency for easy and quick mixing with no added fragrance that enhances durability of color and no lifting of natural color.

For best results with OYA Liquid rapid toners always use OYA Liquid Activator, mix well, and follow the recommended mixing instructions. Do not use metal bowls / whisks. Keep cap tightly closed when not in use. Rinse hair thoroughly after application.
