OYA Bump + Tone •Versatile, long-lasting permanent toners for pre-lightened blonde hair. •Neutralize or enhance blonde tones for customized results. •Provide up to 1 1/2 levels of additional lift if needed.

To lift: Mix 1 part OYA Bump + Tone to 2 parts (6%) 20 Vol. OYA Lotion. Using gloves; apply to pre lightened (levels 8-10), dry or damp hair. Process for 20 minutes / 30 minutes for deeper color results. Emulsify, rinse and shampoo with OYA Sulfate Free Shampoo. To tone: Mix 1 part OYA Bump + Tone to 2 parts (3%) 10 Vol. OYA Lotion. Using gloves; apply to pre lightened (level 8-10), dry or damp hair. Process for 10 minutes / 20 minutes for deeper color results. Emulsify, rinse and shampoo with OYA Sulfate Free Shampoo.
