Rated 3 out of 5 by from didn't love Initially, I liked the product.It seemed a lather well smelled great. But after prolonged use, I felt like it dried the hair out.You would definitely need a really good conditioner to follow up with this if it was going to be your daily shampoo.

My hair is very dry and it felt soft after using it, even though I forgot to use conditioner. It's a great alternative to clarifying shampoos, which are really drying and don't remove minerals as effectively. I received the product for free I'm exchange for an unbiased review.

It works great on my clients hair...the hair felt cleaner, softer, and was much shinier after it was blown out. I like the way it lathers, as you don't need much, and the smell is clean and nice. I will definitely be purchasing the Metal Detox conditioner and mask. I think the shampoo and conditioner or mask would be a great weekly treatment for anyones hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s good stuff! I really like this stuff! I use it as a clarifying treatment every couple of weeks, and it is unreal how much softer my hair feels after I use it. The smell is inoffensive and really pretty great. I would compare it to Redken’s Hair Cleansing Cream, and would say it’s even better at stripping away product and mineral buildup without stripping the hair of moisture and shine. I received this product free for my honest review and was very pleased with it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product I recently has the opportunity to try L’Oreal's Metal Detox Shampoo.  It has a nice, light fragrance to it.  Since my hair is fine and cut in a short bob, I use about a dime size of the shampoo.  It lathers very well, very concentrated so a little goes a long way!  After using L’Oreal's Metal Detox Shampoo I noticed that my hair felt cleaner, softer, and it was shinier!  I also think it made my color more vibrant!  I wouldn't use this shampoo everyday as I would worry it may dry my hair out but definitely every few days or so to help with product or elemental buildup.  I would definitely recommend using this product!

I used this metal detox shampoo at my salon to prep my color and perm clients to remove any kind of buildup. Smells good and soaps up nicely. I would recommend using it if you have client that are swimmers. I would not use it as a very day shampoo fearing it might dry out your hair, would be good to use periodically if a swimmer or if you have hard water. I would recommend for certain clients, but I will use in my salon before all my chemical service.

The smell is light and pleasant, cleans the scalp & hair well, and rinses nicely. I have been using every other shampoo with a different shampoo alternating. Doesn't seem to of effected my color negatively at all either. Worth a try!

After first the use you can see and feel a difference in your hair. L'Oreal Professional Metal Detox leaves hair soft and you can really see the difference. There is no stripping or drying effect from usage, it leaves hair feeling clean and healthy.

It smells fantastic (it reminds me of Christmas!), lathers well, and leaves my fine hair smooth and soft without weighing it down. Some detox products leave hair dry and stringy, totally not the case with this one! This shampoo would be extremely valuable to folks who have hard water.
