The one big problem I had is that the bottles were very difficult to open. I twisted forever and finally had to take it out of the product to get them open.

Also need to purchase more. It's hot this year, clients need there hair in better condition, then last year. Lots of neglect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thought I didn't like it - ended up loving it. I briefly glanced over the directions online when using this shampoo and conditioner. It said something about using it 5 times - or having results by then or something. I thought it was kind of a scam. Turns out, it's not. The first two times I used it, I was like 'eh, good mid-range product, thats it'. I was wrong. I kept using it. It has made my very fine, medium density, DAMAGED (colored, highlighted, and PERMED (all within the last 12 months)) long hair super shiny and silky. If you purchase this product, stick with it. It works. Doesn't weigh my hair down at all. I also think the 10-n-1 oil is a must. When using these products, I didn't use any other products in conjunction with them. For your money, you get a lot - not only with the amount of product, but the value. I wasn't in love with the fragrance of this line, but it wasn't bad, nor strong, The benefits outweigh that by a long shot.

Suds well, but a main ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate which I'm not thrilled with. Key ingredient is gold quinoa protein. There are many proteins listed in the ingredients. I am a blonde so I'm looking to add some strength and moisture back to my hair. My hair feels smoother, softer, shinier and more manageable after one use. I also used the matching conditioner and absolut repair oil.

This shampoo has such a nice moisturizing lather that rinses out well. It leaves your hair feeling hydrated after rinsing out not straw like with most shampoos. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Liking what i see! After three washes this is my conclusion.. this product smells awesome! Really fresh, kind of reminds me of cucumber and seaweed? Like what the ocean would smell like. It lathers up really nicely and my hair felt clean after rinsing. I was worried that it would cause my blonde to go golden but it didn't! It's a really nice rich shampoo and I'll continue using it!
