It is lightweight and doesn't weigh the hair down yet is very moisturizing and nourishing. I put a little on damp hair right before blow drying from midshaft to ends. On days I don't wash my hair I put a little on the ends to keep them from getting dry. It's helping my locks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Moisturizing with a slight cast This whole system used together is excellent for damaged hair. I have bleached curly dry tingly damaged hair. The shampoo is moisturizing and has a velvety luxurious feel, it does not tangle up my hair like almost every other shampoo does. The conditioner says instant resurfacing and surprisingly it does just that. My hair is usually never able to be detangled without a comb, especially immediately after shampooing. With the conditioner I was able to finger comb and finger D tangle my hair in the shower immediately after shampooing and conditioning. I normally use a deep conditioning mask every time I wash my hair but that is not necessary with this system. The masque can truly be used a couple times per month and I can see it lasting a very long time, so it is a good value as well. The smell was very nice and not overpowering at all. The oil left a slight cast which a lot of people like I personally am not a huge fan of that, but it is easily scrunched out if you choose. If not, after you sleep on it it was basically scrunch itself out leaving your hair soft and curls defined. The set really exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use it after I run out I will be purchasing it again. I have so many shampoos and conditioners that I am very happy to be able to use this one especially in the winter when it's very dry and cold where I live.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from L'Oréal professional oil My first thoughts on this product were. I like the packaging and the bottle that it comes in. The pump was easy to use. The smell is nice and subtle and not too overwhelming. I compare this product to my olaplex oil. This is far better. I used it on my clients hair that is naturally wavy with a bit of frizz. This product was smoothing and hydrating on the hair. It gave the hair protection it needed to blow out the hair. Absolutely amazing.

It smoothes the hair and gives it shine with out weighing the hair down. I have been using MOT for years and I actually like this better beause it has no strong smell, colorless and does the same thing. Highly recommend!

If your hair is slightly damaged this would probably work well for stopping it in its tracks. If you have heat or chemical damage this may not be enough

Damp hair it leaves it super soft and frizz free. Dry hair it's like a refresher, I run some thru to finish the style, or to refresh the curls and or fly always.

When using this product, I did not use any other styling products in conjunction with it. I REALLY wanted to see if it was good or not. I'm here to tell you that I'd purchase this, recommend it to my clients and friends. Within the last year, my long (shoulder blade length) hair has been colored, highlighted, and permed (yikes - don't do that!!), so we're talking DAMAGED hair. I use about 2 - 3 pumps on my long, fine textured, medium density, chemically damaged hair. I then blow dry my hair (because why not add in some more damage, right?) . This product is not greasy at all. The shine and slip to the hair is beautiful. I'm used to using what are considered higher end products - and I'm very happy to continue using this! Damaged hair or not!
