The Glitterbels Acid Free Primer is the second step in the preparation process for any set of nails, either gel or acrylic. The Glitterbels Acid Free Primer is also known as a covalent bond and the best way to describe this product is when applied to the nail plate, it acts as a double-sided sticky tape. One side sticking to the nail and the other adhering a gel or acrylic to the natural nail. Acid Free Primer is one of the most important products to use in the prep process this is because it is used for adhesion, meaning if you don’t used the Acid Free Primer it could result in your nails lifting prematurely. Acid Free Primer helps make the adhesion stronger and therefore the nails last longer. The Glitterbels Acid Free Primer is a clear liquid to avoid the natural nail absorbing any colour. We have two versions of this product, one with Hema and one without.
