Rated 3 out of 5 by Lauren from Too heavy , air flow inconsistent I wanted to love this. It’s beautiful and even comes with a stand and diffuser. My first time using it on clients my hand was in pain and my arm got a workout. It’s a brick. I have to have my hand position low on the handlebar I don’t accidentally push one of the buttons on top. I can’t flip hair over the nozzle because it gets stuck between the concentrator and dryer. The hair was difficult to get smooth and felt like I had to work harder to reduce frizz. The air flow constantly decreased on its own during the styling time without me inadvertently pushing any buttons. It’s a hard pass
