Power the device ON by a long press on the button on the right. You can also turn the vibration feature ON/OFF with a quick click on the same button. Change colors and modes as you feel comfortable. Recommended application time is 3 minutes per application per day, 3-4 times a week. The device will automatically shut off after 3 minutes or you can turn it off by a long press on the button.
