How To

1) Connect the Neck Mask to the Controller (charged). Make sure the Controller itself is NOT being charged while using the Mask. 2) Turn ON by pressing the Power Button. 3) You can change between the 3 gears of intensity, LED lights, and utilize additional advanced technologies within a press of a button at any given time. 4) You can adjust the Timer between 10-30 minutes in increments of 5 minutes. 5) Enjoy SPA-at-Home experience. A recommended application time is 20 minutes. 6) To turn OFF press the Power Button or wait for the timer to expire.
