Rated 1 out of 5 by from No returns No returns if opened. The hair dryer was too powerful and because the box was opened I could not return it. They also charge you to ship it back to them. This is not sold by salon centric. Go through their website if you want to purchase, otherwise it is a hassle to return or get a response from them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Favorite prof blowdryer! literally my favorite blowdryer. its lightweight but gets the job done. my clientele is 98% textured hair. the only reason I dont give 5 stars is because I wish the warranty was reverse; 2 years for professionals, 1 year for consumer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from low life expectancy stopped working after 2 days in the middle of my client started making weird noise and smoke came out of the back of it. my other 2 coworkers always have issues with this blow dryer and have to send it back.and ghd has the worst customer service, salon centric was very helpful though

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good not amazing I like this dryer it has a lot of power and works well. It is heavier than I had hoped. It’s Advertised as like 1.7 lbs and there is just no way I list the chord is just way heavy. I also wish it had one lower setting on speed because it is really powerful. It’s not really that quiet. Quieter than some I suppose those. Overall good dryer and makes the hair soft and shiny .
