Optimize placement to target desired skin areas effectively with the LED lights. Use the controller to adjust light settings and treatment duration. Toggle between manual and automatic modes by pressing the Auto/manual key when the machine is on. In automatic mode, the mask cycles through red, blue, infrared, and mixed lights over a 15-minute period before shutting down automatically. In the mask's operating modes, M1 signifies the emission of red light, M2 indicates blue light, M3 denotes infrared light, and M4 represents mixed light. When set to A, the mask operates in automatic mode, cycling through different light modes according to a preset sequence. Conversely, when switched to M, the mask operates in manual mode, allowing users to manually select the desired light mode. After the treatment, apply your preferred skincare serums or creams to maximize absorption enhanced by light therapy. Maintain your regular skincare routine, starting with 3-4 treatments per week for 15 minutes each session. Once you achieve desired results, reduce frequency to 1-2 treatments per week
