Rated 1 out of 5 by Nina from Disappointing Experience with Recent Order I recently purchased the Ellie - L'Oreal Exclusive mannequin from your store, and unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations at all. The mannequin I received had only about 50 strands of hair, and the length was much shorter than advertised. I paid $47 to return it, and I feel incredibly disappointed by the experience. I expected a much better quality product for the price, and I can't help but feel misled by the description. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to order from your store again. I hope you can understand my frustration and would appreciate any resolution or feedback on this matter.
