CAUTION: Product contains ammonia which can cause skin irritation or allergic reaction.
• Give client a hypersensitivity patch test before every application.
• This product MUST NOT be used for dyeing or decolorizing eyelashes or eyebrows: doing so may cause blindness.
• If eye contact occurs, immediately flush with lukewarm water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves during color applications.
- Pour 2oz Scruples PURE OXI 20 Volume Clear Developer into an applicator bottle or bowl
- Add 7 scoops of Blazing Highlights X-Tra Light Booster Concentrate. Mix thoroughly until powder is completely dissolved
- Add 1oz Blazing Highlights Blue Oil Lightener. Mix thoroughly until a rich, smooth, blue cream forms
- Apply according to virgin or retouch application
- Process at room temperature for 30-45 minutes
